At IACCEND Initiative CIC, we embed sustainability, inclusion and social impact across everything we do. Through programmes such as Black and Interracial Women in Bradford and our Project Management workshops, we create opportunities for people from diverse backgrounds to connect, learn and build meaningful relationships across communities.

Women’s empowerment is central to our work, with a focus on building skills, confidence, leadership, networks and opportunities for women to thrive.
